The rule of vitamins is simple: if you can afford vitamins then you can also afford food, which means you don’t need vitamins. Food, even the unhealthy stuff, contains all the nutrients that our bodies can absorb in a day. By gobbling vitamins all you’re doing is sticking a glass already filled to the brim back under the faucet and letting water run over the sides.
